How much does a full rewire cost?
Every house is different, so we price each rewire individually after seeing it. You get one fixed price in writing before any work starts, so nothing grows on the invoice.
How long does a full rewire take?
Around one to two weeks for a typical three-bed home, depending on size and whether you're living in. You get a clear day-by-day schedule up front so you can plan around it.
Can we live in the house during a rewire?
Usually yes. We work room by room and keep power on overnight wherever possible. For bigger jobs it's sometimes quicker with the house empty, and we'll tell you honestly which applies.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. As a NAPIT registered firm we test, certify and notify the work, so you get the proper electrical installation certificate for your records.
